I am saddened by the news that your loving Mum has passed away. I was so blessed to be ableto meet with her in person at the last Flatters Get Together (not forgetting you Malintha) aftersuch a long time (in particular your Mum). I will not forget the "good old days" we all had together in particular while living in the flats. It is sad that family and friends have to part is most instances due to migration, marriage or other.
"On behalf of my family (Solomons) "Please accept our deepest sympathies". We know that A' Wilma has gone to be with the LORD and at peace. I pray that the LORD will give each and every one of you the strength to cope during this sad and distressing time. Keep up your faith, hope and trust in the LORD and the HOLY SPIRIT (GOD) will see us ALL through, giving us the strength, courage, determination etc to at some point of time move on with our lives, living our lives well as is expected of us according to HIS WORD. Pamala Solomons

Please accept my sincere condolences on your sad loss. Mrs. Wickremaratne was a beautiful and much talented lady whom I got to know through her friendship with my Mother Florence Senanayake (Block D No.4 Ground Floor). I knew Shirani very well and we were play mates in the days gone by, not to mention Malintha. I had the pleasure of meeting both Mrs. Wickremaratne and Malintha at the recent Flatters' Reunion in March this year.

It is with much sadness I noted the passing away of Mrs. Wickremaratne. She led a full life and gave her children a house full of laughter and happiness. The presence of her sister Mrs. Chandrasena with with her children provided an environment of daily interaction and excitement. They enjoyed life to the fullest. Her son Angelo was one of the finest lock forwards playing rugby for St. Peters, Havelocks, and later for Sri Lanka. May her soul rest in peace. Ravi - K2 1st. Fl.
We were saddened to hear about the passing of Mrs Wickremaratne. Please pass on our sincere sympathies to the family. We were very fortunate indeed to not only have met her at the flatters re-union but to also have had her to my place for dinner when they were up here in Brisbane visiting saucey and Susan. She was indeed a remarkable lady and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Dawn & Malcolm Pereira
